The street fair will open for 2 nights this year, FRI /SAT, and Sunday.

 
Vendor applications are now being accepted, including fees for city permits and insurance applications. 


Complete your application and securely pay your fee(s).

VENDOR FAIR INFORMATION AND APPLICATION
 
DATES:

 

Friday, October 28, 2022 - Vending Time 6 pm - 2 am  
Set-up times start at app.  will begin morning to noon.

Saturday, October 29, 2022  - Vending Time  6 pm - 2 am

Sunday, October 30, 2022 - Vending Time 3 pm - 10 pm

 

For the protection of our vendors, 2 armed security guards will be hired to guard the fairgrounds, in addition to locked fencing and barricading, during hours not open to the public.

Vendors are not required to participate the entire weekend. However, the overwhelming attendance of last year encouraged us to make it a longer. 

 

Exact set-up times will be sent to you at least one week before the event.

Tear down after the event on Sunday or earlier if needed please inform us prior.

       
LOCATION:

The TOOL SHED parking lot. 

600 E Sunny Dunes Rd, Palm Springs, CA 92264

COST:

  • Single Reserved 10'X10’ space  $200 (Includes electrical access only).

  • Double Reserved 20'X20' space $275 (Includes electrical access only).

  • One 6x2 table and 2 chairs $25. Additional tables $15 each (inform us no later than Oct 15, 2022 so we may order them)

  • Liability insurance required. If you don't have your own, you may purchase  coverage at a discounted rate through us directly from our insurance provider. The City of Palm Springs requires liability insurance for all vendors.


PLEASE NOTE:  

 

  • Each Vendor will have access to a 5 amp electrical outlet in their space.

  • Vendors must provide their own lighting as needed.

  • Liability insurance is required for all vendors, ordinances of the City of Palm Springs make it obligatory.

DEADLINE TO APPLY:  

 

Midnight, Oct 19, 2022  
All paperwork and payments must be completed by that time.

 

Following the success of prior years, we are continuing to include:

 

  • Portable bathrooms, and substantially extended outside service bars to accommodate heftier increases in attendance over previous years.

  • Full Alcohol Service in the Vendor Area and inside the bar

  • 2,000 + Attendees 

  • LIVE various DJs from all over America spinning until close 2 AM.

  • SUNDAY will showcase 2 LIVE Bands.

  • A friendly full-time liaison just for the vendors that can answer any questions you may have.

ALL EXHIBITORS MUST HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE

 

If you don't have liability insurance, you may purchase it in an insurance pool for only $46 using the application below.

As a standard requirement of all of our exhibitors/vendors, it is necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you do not have this "additionally insured" coverage in place, (check with your insurance company), we are making arrangements for all of our exhibitors to acquire this coverage at a significant discount by purchasing it as part of a group(pool), as soon as the insurance info is updated please click below to download your "additionally insured" application.
