Please be sure to read this document in its entirety and, if you are in agreement with it, sign below:

  • $200 - Single Reserved 10' x 10’ space (Includes electrical access only).

  • $275 - Double Reserved 20' x 20' space (Includes electrical access only).

  • $25 - One 6' x 2' table and two chairs.

  • $15 - Each additional table. Inform us no later than Oct 15, 2022 so we may order them.

  • $46 - Liability Insurance is required by City of Palm Springs - If you don't have your own, you may purchase coverage at a discounted rate with our $46 insurance pool.

  • Lighting for your space is your responsibility.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESALE NUMBER AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF YOUR "PROOF OF INSURANCE" TO COMPLETE THIS APPLICATION. If you do not have an electronic version of your proof of insurance, you may not submit this form electronically. Instead, please print then fill out this form, and get it to us no later than midnight, October 18, 2022, along with your payment and/or copy of insurance proof.

Application deadline is midnight October 18, 2022. Please note, that all of our Premium Vendor Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. We highly encourage you to submit your application early.

NOTE: ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE NAMING - PALM SPRINGS LEATHER ORDER OF THE DESERT - AS AN ADDITIONALLY INSURED PARTY.

The standard requirement for all of our exhibitors/vendors, is the necessity for them to name PSLOD as an "additionally insured party" on their general liability coverage policy, from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you do not have this coverage in place (please make certain to check with your insurance company), we have made arrangements for our exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings. We are purchasing as part of a insurance pool group, hence the lower overall cost of $46. You can view, download and print the User

The reiterate: If you do not have you own insurance, we will have a group-rated policy by which you can participate in for $46. You can do so, by clicking here, and submitting the User Liability Insurance Vendor Application.

Please be sure to fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisk (*), as they are required.

All vendors MUST, without exception, possess a valid California Sellers Permit. You may obtain a temporary resale license at no cost from the California Board of Equalization. Simply follow the Sales and Use Tax Registration Instructions.

  1. I agree that by entering my legal name in the space above, as my acknowledgement of these Vendor Rules and Regulations, and signing below, I am agreeing to be bound by the following rules and regulations.
     

  2. All business, or other activity for which applicant has rented space, must be conducted in their designated vendor space only. Strolling through the festival site for the purpose of distributing literature is prohibited. Expanding into space outside of your vendor space is strictly prohibited.
     

  3. Vendor must provide any and all special equipment necessary for their booth. ALL VENDORS MUST BRING THEIR OWN EXTENSION CORDS AND LIGHTING FIXTURES TO CONNECT TO POWER SOURCES PROVIDED AT EACH SPACE.
     

  4. Vendors will only be allowed to utilize booths for the purpose stated in their application.
     

  5. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs or portable tents. No staking into the parking lot will be allowed.
     

  6. All exhibitors are required to be open by 6:00 PM on Friday, October 28, 2022 and remain open until 2:00 AM at the end of the event. Set-up time will begin at approximately 11:00 AM on October 28, 2022, and will be staggered. Saturday will be open from 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
     

  7. THERE WILL BE ARMED GUARDS STATIONED OVERNIGHT TO PROTECT AND GUARD THE LOT WHICH WILL ALSO BE GATED.
     

  8. Tear-down starts at 2:00 AM after the event. No vehicles are allowed on the lot until that time or at the discretion of management.
     

  9. We will contact you via email, no later than one week before the event, to set your exact time. Generator power will be available from 5:30 PM until approximately 3:00 AM. Vendors are advised to bring warm clothing.
     

  10. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE NAMING - PALM SPRINGS LEATHER ORDER OF THE DESERT - AS AN ADDITIONALLY INSURED PARTY. See the insurance section above for more information.
     

  11. EXHIBITORS/Vendors may NOT give away or sell any food products (such as sodas, bottled water, candy, etc.) from their booths excepts specifically permitted by the event management.
     

  12. Booth fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, as this is a RAIN-OR-SHINE event.
     

  13. I understand, this is an adult themed event. Everyone attending the event, or on premises during the event, must be 21 years old or older with a valid photo ID.
     

  14. I WILL SUBMIT PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE NAMING "PALM SPRINGS LEATHER ORDER OF THE DESERT" AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED PARTY, OR PURCHASE INSURANCE THROUGH THE PSLOD INSURANCE POOL.
